The Tastiest High-Protein Mung Pancake

A mung chilla (Indian version of pancake or crepe) is a popular breakfast option in Indian homes.  It can be slightly heavy to have in the morning so I generally recommend it for lunch or dinner.    Mung chillas are high in protein and quick and easy to make. There are several recipes, but this is the tastiest!
